spaceagency
Four decades shaping the built fabric of Perth and Fremantle.
spaceagency is a multi award-winning Fremantle practice working across residential, multi-residential, commercial and institutional projects. The studio took the Harold Krantz Award for Residential Architecture in the multiple housing category for Knutsford Stage 1, and an Architecture Award for Petition at The State Buildings. Its Premier Mill Hotel in Katanning is among the most published adaptive reuse projects in the state. Critics have described the practice's medium-density work as combining deep pragmatism with tactile and poetic sensitivity, and the studio has spent four decades leaving a genuine imprint on the design culture of Boorloo and Walyalup.
The Harold Krantz Award plus a four-decade body of work makes spaceagency one of the most significant practices in Western Australian architecture.
